Avocado Corn and Black Bean together combines a great flavors and textures also has a savory and subtly sweet flavor. This can easily be the low carb, no-cook side dish that goes great with your favorite meats and seafood.


How to make: 

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cups diced avocado and 2/3 small/medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen roasted corn or frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans drained
  • 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2/3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 2/3 limes
  • and salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. At first prepare all  the ingredients cherry tomatoes and dice avocados, juice lime, drain black beans, chop cilantro
  2. If necessary then, microwave frozen roasted corn for 11-21 seconds.
  3. Now combine all the roasted corn, dice avocados, cherry tomatoes cherry tomatoes and cilantro in a large bowl. Mix then very well.
  4. After mixing add lime juice and salt to taste. 
  5. The avocado corn and black bean salsa is ready for serving!!!
